This is one of our first custom units that we have

built with a vertical insulated Charcoal chute fed smoker.

1/4" Thick 4 Way Tapered Fed Chute / 3/8" Thick Fire Chamber

Trailer: 14' x 5'  Heavy Tubing Frame / 14" Alum. Wheels & Spare / 4- 40lb. LP Tanks

2 - 3500lb 4" Drop Axles With Electric Drum Brakes

Pot Burner Section: 36" x 16" / 2 Cast Iron Burners

Commercial Cooking Equipment: 2 - 25lb Tri Star Counter Top Deep Fryers

Sink Area: 3 Bay Wash Sink & Hand Sink

With 4gal Hot Water Heater & Water Pump System

15gal Fresh Water Tank / 28gal Waste Tank
