The Small Gas Pig Cookers uses a single stainless steel interior burner that runs the full length of the cookers. It has an adjustable cooking range between 225 – 425 degrees Fahrenheit. They can hold up to a 125lb. hog with the head and feet removed. Though originally designed for cooking whole hogs they are more than capable of barbecuing just about anything. These units work great for small to average size family functions. The most common option added to these grill are the dual rear pot burners, great for frying fish, hush puppies, stew, potatoes, etc..
