Gas Vertical Smokers with Wood Chip Trays
We built the first Commercial GVS-4832 in 2015 as a special request item for a customer. After using it ourselves, we loved the way it worked giving you the smoke flavor and a slower smoking temperature range of 200° to 400°. The Design was meant to be more of a commercial product for onsite catering and such. The GVS-4832 comes standard with 4 cooking grates and has variable rack spacing.
The GVS-4025 BQ Smokie is our latest edition to our vertical line of Gas Fired Vertical Smokers. Designed more for the home cooking professionals. It comes with three cooking grates. Each can hold a full-size disposable aluminum food pan. Being gas fired it can keep consistent temperature ranges between 200 to 350 degrees all day long. It has a heavy duty 3/16″ thick chip tray just above the burner, giving you plenty of that wood smoke flavor.
