We built the first GVS4832 in 2015 as a special request item for a customer. After using it ourselves, we loved the way it worked giving you the smoke flavor and a slower smoking temperature range of 200° to 425°. The Design was meant to be more of a commercial product for onsite catering and such. The GVS-4832 comes standard with 4 cooking grates and has variable rack spacing.
