We built the first Commercial GVS-4832 smoker in 2015 as a special request for a customer. After using this smoker ourselves, we loved the way it performed, delivering exceptional smoke flavor and offering a slower smoking temperature range of 200° to 400°. This design was developed to serve as a more commercial product, perfect for onsite catering and serious smoking enthusiasts. The GVS-4832 smoker comes standard with 4 cooking grates and features adjustable rack spacing for ultimate flexibility.
The GVS-4025 BQ Smokie is the latest addition to our Gas Fired Vertical Smokers line, created with home cooking professionals in mind. This smoker includes three cooking grates, each able to hold a full-size disposable aluminum food pan. As a gas-fired unit, it maintains consistent temperature ranges between 200° and 350° for extended periods. Its robust 3/16″ thick chip tray, positioned just above the burner, ensures a consistent supply of wood smoke flavor for perfect results.
