The Little Smokie is our latest edition to our vetical line of Heavy Duty Gas Fired Smokers. Designed for the home cooking professionals. It comes with three cooking grates, each can hold a full size disposable aluminum food pan. Being gas fired it can keep consistant temperature ranges between 200 & 350 degress all day long. It has a heavy duty 3/16″ thick chip tray just above the burner, giving you plenty of that wood smoke flavor.
