Commercial Charcoal Wood Whole Hog BBQ Pits

We designed our Commercial pig cookers to meet the daily cooking needs of commercial customers. These cookers are easy to use and work with charcoal or wood coals. We build them tough, using strong under-carriages for both caster wheel and towable versions. The towable version features leaf springs, a 3.5K easy-lube axle, 13” aluminum rims, 13” radial tires, and stainless-steel side shelves.

Our Commercial pig cookers include large barn-style doors, allowing you to easily load coals and clean out ashes. The bottom box uses thick 1/8” steel for durability, while the lighter hood relies on sturdy iron framing. You can adjust the intake and exhaust vents to control airflow over the coals. Plus, the intake vents have shields to handle windy weather.

Each unit comes with slide-in A-Shield(s), which transform the cooker from direct to indirect heat, much like an offset smoker. Slide the A-Shield(s) into the upper charcoal rack to smoke-cook with precision. If you need closer direct cooking, move the charcoal pans to the upper rack—perfect for steaks and burgers.

For whole hog cooking, we offer an optional Turning Grate System. This feature lets you rotate the hog 180 degrees during cooking. Although this system removes the built-in upper rack, you can add it back with a removable version.
